Who we are

Tekmium is a software development company based in Da Nang, Vietnam. We are responsible for the personal data described on this page. For any privacy question, correction, or deletion request, write to contact@tekmium.com.

What we collect

When you submit a job application through our careers pages, we collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and — if you provide one — your address
• The CV file you upload
• Your cover letter, if you write one
• The language you were browsing in, and the time you submitted
• That you gave consent, and when

Why we collect it

Only to evaluate your application for the role you applied to, and to contact you about it.

We do not use your application for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with other companies for their own purposes.

Where it goes

Your application is stored in Tekmium's own database. Your CV is stored in private file storage — it is not publicly accessible and cannot be reached by guessing a URL. Only Tekmium staff involved in hiring can open it.

One external service is involved: Resend, which delivers the notification email that tells our hiring team a new application arrived. That email contains your application details so the team can read it without logging in; your CV file is not attached to it.

We also briefly use your IP address to rate-limit the application form against spam. It is not stored with your application.

How long we keep it

We keep your application until the role you applied for has been filled, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices

Write to contact@tekmium.com and you can ask us to: send you a copy of what we hold, correct something that is wrong, or delete your application entirely. You can also withdraw your consent at any time — we will then stop considering your application and delete it.

Withdrawing consent does not undo processing we already carried out before you asked.
