🎓 FPT University Da Nang – Admissions Management System

Overview

This project was designed to digitize and streamline the student admissions process for FPT University Da Nang. It consists of two key components:

• A powerful web-based admin dashboard for internal operations
• A user-friendly mobile experience delivered through a Zalo Mini App for students

The system enables both efficient internal management and engaging public interaction to boost outreach and lead conversion.

Admin Website

The web dashboard provides a clean, intuitive interface for the admissions office to manage the entire recruitment process. Key features include:

• Staff Management – Track and organize admission counselors
• Lead Management – Capture, categorize, and follow up with student prospects
• Mini Game & Gift Management – Create mini games, verify prize eligibility, manage submissions
• Quiz Management – Build and assign quizzes for student engagement
• Program & Major Information – Easily update academic program content that appears on the student app

Zalo Mini App – Student Mobile Interface

The mobile app, built on Zalo Mini App technology, allows high school students to:

• Access admission information about FPT University Da Nang
• Participate in quizzes and mini-games to win gifts
• Explore academic programs and majors in an interactive and mobile-friendly format

By leveraging the popularity of Zalo in Vietnam, the app ensures maximum reach and engagement with the target demographic.

Results

• The project has been officially launched and is live in production
• It has attracted 20,000+ visits within the first few months
